APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
We strongly recommend that you schedule appointments prior to your arrival at the studio. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Procedure times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancelations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy and or Deposit will not be refunded. NO show appointments will be charged in full.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS?
Please notify our reservation department if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or special needs, or if you are pregnant. This information may also be completed on your Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the studio. These health considerations would affect your choice of services.
We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment’s time to sign in and complete paperwork.
As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will have to be rescheduled and deposits will not be refundable, if decided to cancel appointment, per our cancelation policy.
WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR?
Comfortable clothing, that you don't mind getting ink on, you will be laying down for approximately 2+ hours.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICES?
You must be 18+ years old for permanent makeup.
In consideration of our services and the allotted time, we ask that you limit cell phone usage, so services are completed in appropriate time.
We accept cash and all major credit cards, however cards do require a processing fee.
